Supermoms at The Little Mermaid

Not sure if it was our 3D experience or Disney as usual, but the movie, The Little Mermaid was a feast for the eyes. The colors, the scenery, the characters were so close to the cartoon movie, it was so cool to see it come to life.

There was some chuckles with Scully, Sebastian and Ursula’s characters between the beautiful singing and beloved story line.

The diversity of the ocean was also apparent in the characters being represented by different culture within the little mermaid’s sisters and the people of the island.

Sadly The Little Mermaid popcorn buckets were sold out since Friday at our AMC theatre.

Just a quick note, that the penultimate scene with Ursula’s defeat might be a little much for the young ones. Think the volcano monster in Moana.
